Yes, we do UV Disinfection or Steam Cleaning on a per request basis.  Janitorial services and office deep cleaning are on a contract basis with preferred rates

Our services are available in the Greater Toronto Area and the Vancouver city core.  Some services may not be available in certain areas due to logistics and demand.

We offer green friendly products, however, Steam Cleaning is one of the best hypo-allergenic cleaning options.  It kills viruses and bacteria effectively and leaves no chemical residue in the air or surface

Yes, our Janitorial Service is our first level of service followed by deep cleaning, steam cleaning and finally UV disinfection.

Depending on the service being requested, lead times can be 24hrs for UV Disinfection and steam cleaning

For one-time disinfection jobs, we require a 1/3 (non-refundable deposit.  Visa / MC

We take as long as it takes…

If you order a deep cleaning, we will take time to do a regular cleaning AND additional time for deep cleaning based on your needs.  If you order UV Disinfection it can take 1-3 hours
